At Pure Yoga & Wellness Studio, we offer a variety of classes and wellness options that will fit your needs. Including Yoga for Beginner's/Seniors, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Fitness, PiYo, Reiki and Massage. We also offer classes and workshops that tap into "Creative Self", such as, Yoga, Yarn & You during the winter months, Art & Yoga, and Yoga & writing workshops. At Pure Yoga & Wellness Studio, we provide a personal touch and mindful approach to your experience. You will find a variety of Yoga and Fitness classes for all levels.
As an outdoor enthusiast, I encourage my students to get outside and connect with nature, which is why the studio offers outdoor seasonal options, such as, Hikes and Yoga at the top of Mt. Sugarloaf, Yoga on Paddleboards, Full moon walking meditation w/ Restorative Yoga and in the winter months, Yoga on Snow.
Whether you are trying something new or you are very experienced, we encourage you to accept where your fitness level resides, honoring your body in the present moment. We look forward to meeting you!
