Spring time .... A season of transition, when everything in the outer world  is blossoming: new life, new energy, new beginning's, a time for change.  In this workshop we will learn how to tap into our creative self.  Maybe your existing talents need some refreshing or inspiration, or your hidden talents are waiting to be found & are yet to unfold & blossom.  In either case, we will start by combining Gentle Yoga & an exploration & awareness of our second Chakra - our Creativity center.  This exploration will bring your awareness to a deeper level of understanding your creative self & where it resides.  You will be led by local writer/author, Jeannine Atkins, who will guide you through some inspirational exercises, & you will be given short segments of time for writing, poetry, or whatever may come to mind.  This is a time for you to connect to self & see what unfolds.   If weather permits, a walking meditation will be offered for additional inspiration.  The workshop will end with circle/share time (optional) & light snacks/refreshments will be served.
