Pure Yoga & Wellness Studio physical space is no longer at 10C Elm Street, S. Deerfield. At this time, our physical space is at the Field Memorial Library in Conway. The studio offers in-person, virtual, specialty & outdoor Yoga classes during the appropriate months.
is located at 10C Elm Street in the heart of South Deerfield, just around the corner from Yankee Candle. We are a cozy studio, tucked in the back space where the ever so popular Elm Farm Bakery once resided. The studio offers a variety of Yoga & Fitness classes for all levels, Yoga for kids, Stress Management options, Reiki, Massage and a variety of workshops for Health & Wellness.
Come in and try one of our classes or receive a massage or body work! In this warm, inviting space and with a personal touch, you will relax and renew yourself, relieve stress and get away from it all! The studio is owned & directed by Jody Fontaine.
